Smart Polymer Technology

The InteliGraph series uses next-generation smart polymer technology that adapts to extreme environmental conditions — extreme temperatures, intense UV radiation and aggressive chemicals — while maintaining exceptional performance.

Graphene-Reinforced Formula

Graphene platelets create an exceptionally smooth surface that enhances hydrophobicity to a superhydrophobic level. The result is reduced dirt adhesion, improved self-cleaning, and visual depth beyond conventional ceramic coatings.

pH 2–13 Chemical Resistance

All ULTRACOAT ceramic coatings resist chemicals from pH 2 (strong acids) to pH 12–13 (strong alkalis). The coating retains its original properties — including hydrophobicity, gloss and UV protection — throughout its service life.

No Strictly Controlled Conditions

ULTRACOAT coatings are engineered for real-world application. Aurora and Carbon can be applied outdoors. ONE covers an entire vehicle with approximately 15 ml. Aurora cures same-day. No clean-room requirements.

Complete Surface Coverage

The InteliGraph ecosystem covers every external surface: paint (Skyline), all external surfaces (Aurora), wheels and metal (Gravity), glass (Vista). ONE extends single-product coverage to paint, plastics, screens and wheels.

Superhydrophobicity

Vista achieves a contact angle with water so high that an invisible wiper effect activates above 45 km/h. The same superhydrophobic principle — delivered by graphene platelets — applies across the entire InteliGraph range.

Carbon is ULTRACOAT's next-generation ceramic coating engineered for exceptional hydrophobic performance and effortless application. Combining SiO₂ technology with carefully selected hydrocarbons, Carbon delivers intense water behaviour, deep gloss enhancement and reliable paint protection for up to 12 months. Designed for real-world use, Carbon can be applied in a wide range of conditions while remaining remarkably easy to level and buff. The result is a deep, glass-like finish with outstanding slickness and everyday usability.
