Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been accepted. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used or are not in original condition

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have (once approved) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
