ULTRACOAT Carbon is a new-generation ceramic coating designed for all painted vehicle surfaces, providing strong hydrophobic performance, enhanced gloss, and durable protection for up to 12 months.

Using a combination of SiO₂ and carefully selected hydrocarbons, Carbon creates a flexible protective coating that delivers excellent water repellency while helping to preserve the appearance and condition of the paintwork.

The protected surface gains a spectacular glossy, glass-like finish, with colour appearing darker, deeper, and more refined. This makes Carbon ideal for enhancing the visual depth and clarity of painted surfaces.

Carbon also creates a noticeably slippery surface, making drying easier while helping to reduce the risk of micro-scratches during routine maintenance.

Designed with ease of use in mind, Carbon does not require strictly controlled application conditions and can even be applied outdoors, making it suitable for both professional detailers and enthusiasts.

The coating forms a protective layer with strong UV filters and chemical resistance from pH 2–12, helping reduce paint oxidation and preserve colour depth over time.

Method of Use

1. Thoroughly wash and chemically decontaminate the vehicle.

2. Ensure the painted surface is clean, dry, and free from oils or residues.

3. Apply a small amount of Carbon to a suitable applicator pad.

4. Spread evenly across the panel using a crosshatch pattern.

5. Allow the coating to flash, then gently buff with a clean microfibre towel.

6. Continue panel by panel until the required painted surfaces are protected.

Pro Tips

• Carbon can be applied outdoors, although a clean and sheltered environment is still recommended for best results.

• For enhanced visual effect and maximum slickness, apply a second layer after approximately 1 hour.

• Use clean, high-quality microfibre towels when buffing to achieve the best finish.

• Regular maintenance washing will help maximise hydrophobic performance and durability.
